Milky Oolong

Still moist leaves are heated in milk steam, rolled manually and dried at the source.          A very delicate and floral oolong, wonderfully creamy and sweet. Light and soft in the cup. Divine!

Ingredients: oolong tea, milk

BREWING GUIDE:

1. Water: 8 oz filtered water
2. Temperature: 194° F
   
3. Leaves: 1 heaped teaspoon
4. Time: 2 minutes
