All private tasting experiences will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. For the best planning, we suggest choosing a date at least 2 weeks in advance.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

Private tea tastings are non-refundable but redeemable for a future session. Provide 48 hours' notice to transfer your deposit to another date. For cancellation requests, email us at events@chicagoteahouse.com or call (312) 932-0639.
