Often referred to as Dianhong (meaning "Yunnan red"), it is a premium and highly sought-after Chinese black tea. This tea is made exclusively from the young, downy buds of the Yunnan large-leaf tea cultivar. It is recognized for its tightly curled, oily, and glossy tips, and is cherished for brewing a velvety, deeply sweet, and malt-forward tea with zero bitterness. Harvest, picking by hand.
