Province of Lam Dong in the highlands of Southern Vietnam produces excellent green oolongs using ancient Taiwanese methods. The leaves are dried on the cloth under the open sky, then rolled in bamboo baskets at medium fermentation level. The jade color cup has a flowery scent with flowery and sweet notes.
