Greek Mountains Whole Panicles

This tea was traditionally drunk by Greek shepherds as a relaxing after work drink in the evening. Our high-quality tea using the whole panicle of the Sideritis Scardica is grown in northern Greece in the Rhodope mountains at almost 1,000 m altitude by mountain farmers on small Eco-farms.

Ingredients: greek mountain plant (Sideritis Syriaca) 

10 panickles 

BREWING GUIDE:

1. Water: 8 oz filtered water
2. Temperature: 212° F
   
3. Plant: 1-2 whole panicles/cup
   
4. Time: 4-6 minutes
