A taste that hails from the slopes of the Taygete's Mountains! This traditional Mediterranean tisane possesses an herbaceous hint of lemon with a pinch of spice.

Ingredients: stems, leaves and blossoms of the Greek mountain plant (Siderites Syriaca)

2. Temperature: 212° F
   
3. Leaves: 2 heaped teaspoons
