Smoky Souchong

This smoky blend is amazingly versatile and delicious. It can be used as a spice rub on meat, in a BBQ sauce, or to create a more complex flavor in a soup or stew.

Ingredients: Loose leaf tea, dried onion, dried oregano, dried garlic, chili powder, black pepper, coriander seed, and roasted cumin.
