Tea Mocktail

Minty Melon

Ingredients

  • 10 tsp Minty Melon Tea (Shop Tea #539)
  • 2 cups of chilled/frozen
  • diced watermelon
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 17 oz sparkling water
  • fresh mint
  • ice cubes

Preparation. Brew tea in 1 liter (34 oz) of boiling water for 15 minutes, chill, mix with melon cubes, add sliced lemon, mint, and sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and fresh mint.

Optional. Replace sparkling water with 10 oz tonic and 7 oz gin.

Tea Mocktail

Lush Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 8 tsp of Lemonade Tea (Tea #525)
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 organic grapefruit
  • 2 rosemary
  • ice cubes

Preparation. Brew tea with 1 liter (34 oz) of boiling water and steep for 15 minutes. Fill a large pitcher with ice, pour the tea, and leave it to cool. Squeeze half a lemon and grapefruit and add them to the cold tea. Garnish with remaining lemon, grapefruit, and rosemary.

Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp Pina Colada Tea (Tea #538)
  • 3.4 oz pineapple juice
  • 3.4 oz coconut milk
  • 3.4 oz whip cream
  • slice of pineapple
  • ice cubes

Preparation. Brew tea in 1 liter (34 oz) boiling water for 15 minutes. Fill a large pitcher with ice, pour the tea, and leave it to cool.Add pineapple juice and coconut milk to the cold tea and mix it. Whip the cream and add it to the mixture. Garnish with sliced pineapples.

Optional. Add 2 oz white rum to make it a night cocktail.

Peach Perfect

Ingredients

  • 5 tsp English Breakfast Tea (Tea #50)
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1 organic lime
  • 6 tsp sugar
  • ice cubes

Preparation. Brew tea with 1 liter (34 oz) of boiling water and steep for 3 minutes. Fill a large pitcher with ice, pour the tea, and leave it to cool. Slice peaches and boil with sugar in 3.5 oz of water for 10 minutes. Use a sieve to separate the puree and add it to the iced tea. Garnish with peach slices and some mint.
