Hailing from the heart of China, Dragon Well (known locally as "lung ching" or "long jing") secures its fame as one of China's most celebrated green teas. It derives its name from the Dragon's Well landmark in Zhejiang Province's West Lake area—a site as rich in mythology as the tea is in flavor. With labor-intensive care, the leaves are artistically pan-fired. This meticulous process gives them their signature flat, sword-like shape, housing the essence of Dragon Well's unmistakable profile.
