Kukicha

Made out of young leaves separated during sencha refining process which gives it natural sweetness and lower caffeine level but higher in T-theanine. Also called "Twig tea" is very relaxing which can be also enjoyed in the evening. Mildly sweet, umami and floral fragrance.

Ingredients: organic stems and stalks of the tea plant

• Water: 8 oz. filtered water
• Temperature: 175° F
• Leaves: 1 heaped teaspoon
• Time: 2 minutes
