Premium Organic Half-Fermented Tea. This exceptional tea is grown in the highlands of Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand, at elevations over 1,200 meters. Made from the renowned Ruan Zhi cultivar, also called "Soft Stem" or "No. 17," it reflects the finest quality of this variety.
Each batch is carefully harvested using the traditional "two leaves and a bud" hand-picking method. With a higher level of oxidation than the Jinxuan variety, this Oolong offers a rich, nuanced flavor profile and a refined tea experience.
