White Monkey

This tea is one of the most typical special green teas in Fujian province. The garden is 600m above sea level, and tea is plucked by hand in the spring, March/April. Similar to Japanese Gyokuro, there is a short time frame in which only the best leaves find their way to the final product. Shaping is done by hand, creating an outstanding leaf shape: bent, stout, and with many white tips. Fresh, brisk, and sweet taste with clear liquor.
