This tea is one of the most typical special green teas in Fujian province. The garden is located at 600m above the sea level and tea is plucked by hand in the spring March/April. Similar to Japanese Gyokuro, there is a short time frame where only the best leaves find their way to the final product. Shaping is done by hand, which creates the outstanding leave shape: bent, stout, and with a lot of white tips. Fresh, brisk, and sweet taste with clear liquor.
